Trey Gilbert

I was born and raised in Wilmington. I am a graduate of the Cameron School of Business at UNCW, with a Major in Business Management, and a graduate of the North Carolina School of Banking Management Program (UNC).
I spent the first part of my career in Management working for a small Regional Bank that no longer exists via merger/acquisition (CCB). After 8 years living the “City” Life in the Raleigh area, I took an opportunity, to come home to Wilmington as a Mortgage Lender where I spent most of my career, learning every aspect of that World for almost 20 years. In 2024, I made the decision that I would like a new challenge and decided to obtain my License to Sell Insurance.

In my free time, I enjoy being out on the water with my wife Jen, and our Brown Lab Sully or taking in a College or Pro Football game. Yes, I do have a favorite, you will need to ask me who is my team. 😊
